The CL5180Z runs a Dongfeng new-energy chassis with listed GVW 18,000 kg, curb 9,500 kg, payload 8,500 kg, a 4,500 mm wheelbase and 295/80R22.5 tires per source.Powertrain: a CATL LFP battery of 200 kWh at 618.24 V with an 8-year/400,000 km warranty per source, and a 210 kW motor (IP67) with EBS braking. Fast charging at a recommended 120 kW takes about an hour; full-load range reaches 334 km; upper-structure consumption 25 kWh/h. The high-strength steel hook serves multiple 16 m³ containers with bidirectional overload protection, an explosion-proof oil lock and interlock, under integrated manual-electric in-cab control.
