Core capabilities
Light tank to a dangerous-goods standard
20 m³ 5182, GB18564.1, FL
Lower curb weight raises payload with a structure designed for flammable liquids.
20 m³ of dense product nears the limit; fill within legal limits.
Flexible loading
Bottom + top direct filling
Fits both bottom-loading facilities and top filling.
—
High-rate pumps
2×2,500 + 1×1,200 L/min
Fast loading and unloading cuts dwell time.
Rates per source fields; measured with the unit.
Applications
Oil depots; filling stations; industrial fuel users; flammable-liquid distribution.
Operating notes
GVW and curb are reference values per source; actual payload computed by difference and destination limits. A basic field says Q235B contradicting the aluminum description; description adopted. Dangerous-goods rules of destination apply; status pending.
The tanker runs a 6×2 diesel chassis with engine displacement above 8 L per source, at reference GVW 25,000 kg and reference curb 10,000 kg. The tank has a quasi-elliptical section in 5182 aluminum: 5.6 mm shell/baffles and 5.8 mm heads, with an actual volume of 20 m³ (water-measured) per source.Medium is Class-3 dangerous goods (FL vehicle) such as gasoline, diesel and flammable oils; loading and unloading are bottom with top direct filling also possible. Components per source: two pumps at 2,500 L/min and one at 1,200 L/min with DN63 line. Design to GB18564.1-2006. Destination rules reviewed before ordering.
