OUR BACKGROUND

From Suizhou specialty vehicles to a wider group

The group traces its origins to Hubei Chengli Special Automobile Company, according to its 2026 corporate brochure. From Suizhou, it expanded across multiple industrial sites; the brochure describes six principal production bases in Hubei Province. This website focuses on specialty truck categories relevant to projects and services in Iraq.

The brochure describes engineering research centres and facilities for product trials and inspection. These resources support the development and assembly of different vehicles and upper bodies. Specifications, certificates and documents still need to be checked for each individual model.

MANUFACTURING

Built around different working systems

The brochure shows assembly lines for watering vehicles, tank fabrication and other specialty vehicle systems. The image here shows a watering vehicle assembly line. Chassis, tank size, pump and operating systems vary by model, so the selected vehicle's data sheet should be reviewed before a decision.

CHOOSING A VEHICLE

Start with the work the truck needs to do

Begin with the actual task: what must be carried, sprayed, suctioned or lifted; required capacity; road and site conditions; fleet quantity; and delivery destination. Then compare the available models' chassis, tanks and working systems. Price, lead time and approvals should be stated only after they are confirmed for the particular model and destination.
